What do I actually have to do to get a vending machine at my facility?

Not much. That’s the short answer.

The longer answer is a simple, step-by-step process that doesn’t add work for your staff. Here’s what it looks like from the first conversation to the first payment:

Step 1 - Contact us

Start with a quick message. Fill out this contact form. Tell us how many machines you are interested in and a bit about your facility. What kind of space do you run? Where are you located?

Step 2 - Let’s discuss the details

We’ll reach out and talk it through. You can ask us anything - how the machines work, how restocking is handled, or what support looks like. If you already have a product list or an ingredient standard in mind, we’ll work with you on the snack mix.

Once the product conversation is clear, we’ll cover the numbers. Our revenue share arrangements are a percentage of sales. To learn more, here’s a breakdown of how the vending machine revenue share works.

Step 3 - Confirm space and the power source

Before moving forward, we make sure the basics are covered. You’ll need space for the machine and access to a standard 110V outlet – details here. That’s it.

Step 4 - Sign the agreement

For the contract, we request a four-month initial term. That gives us time to evaluate the snacks specific to your location and make adjustments.

Step 5 - We install the machine

Once everything is signed, we schedule the delivery. We bring the machine, install it, stock it, and make sure everything is running properly. You don’t need to coordinate anything beyond access to the facility.

Step 6 - You get paid

After installation, the machine runs on its own. We monitor inventory, restock before it runs low, and handle maintenance. At the end of each month, you receive payment based on your share of the sales.

That’s the whole process.

No ordering products. No managing vendors. No extra work for your team. You provide the space. We handle everything else.
